At Yoyink, we want you to enjoy your new chairs as quickly and easily as possible. That’s why we’re proud to offer FREE STANDARD SHIPPING on all orders throughout mainland France! No minimum spend, no hidden fees. Just great chairs, delivered straight to your door.

Here’s what you can expect:

🚚 1. Processing Your Order (Getting It Ready to Ship)

  • We work fast! Once your order is placed and payment is confirmed, our team gets to work preparing it for shipment.

  • Processing Time: Orders are typically processed and handed over to our trusted carrier partners within 1-2 business days (Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays). Please note that very large or complex orders might occasionally take an extra day – we’ll keep you informed if that’s the case.

📦 2. Shipping & Delivery (On Its Way to You!)

  • Carrier: We partner with reliable national carriers (like Colissimo, Chronopost, or similar) to ensure your package arrives safely and efficiently.

  • Delivery Timeframe:

    • Once shipped, your order typically takes 3-4 business days to reach destinations within mainland France.

    • Deliveries are made Monday to Friday, usually during business hours.

  • Tracking: As soon as your order ships, you’ll receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking number and a link to follow your package’s journey in real-time. Keep an eye on your inbox (and maybe your spam folder)!

📍 3. Delivery Address & Instructions

  • Please ensure your delivery address is complete and accurate at checkout. We ship to physical addresses within mainland France.

  • If you have specific delivery instructions (e.g., "leave with concierge," "deliver to back door"), please add them in the designated field during checkout. While we pass these instructions to the carrier, final delivery execution depends on their policies and driver discretion.

🔍 4. What About...?

  • Outlying Regions (Corsica, Overseas Departments - DOM)? While we primarily serve mainland France, please contact us at info@yoyink.com before ordering if you are located in Corsica or a French overseas department. We’ll check feasibility and provide you with a shipping quote.

  • International Shipping? Currently, we focus on providing the best service within France. We do not offer international shipping outside of mainland France.

  • Order Changes/Cancellations? Need to change or cancel your order? Contact us immediately at info@yoyink.com. We’ll do our best to accommodate your request if your order hasn’t yet entered the shipping process.

  • Delivery Delays? While we strive for on-time delivery, occasional delays can happen due to factors beyond our control (like carrier delays, weather, or customs for non-mainland addresses). Your tracking information will be the most up-to-date source. If a significant delay occurs, we’ll proactively reach out.

  • Damaged Package? We pack your chairs with great care! However, if your package arrives damaged, please refuse delivery if possible and contact us immediately at info@yoyink.com with photos.
