  • Order Process: Adding items to your cart does not reserve them. A contract between you and Yoyink is formed only when we send you an Order Confirmation email (accepting your order). We reserve the right to refuse orders (e.g., stock error, pricing error, suspected fraud).

  • Pricing & Taxes: Prices shown on the Site are in Euros (€) and include all applicable French taxes (e.g., VAT). Prices are subject to change before order acceptance. Shipping costs (if any - see our [Shipping Policy]) will be clearly displayed before payment.
